
1. Booking & Pricing.
1-1 Can I make a same-day booking?
Yes, subject to availability. Please call us between 9:00 and 23:00 to inquire.
1-2 Can I book two separate time slots on the same day? (e.g., 9:00–12:00 / 13:00–16:00)
Yes, for confirmed bookings (tentative holds are not accepted for this).

Between your booked slots, please take your valuables with you and restore the studio equipment to its original condition.

If the gap between slots is 2 hours or less and you wish to leave your lighting and equipment set up, you can do so for an additional fee of ¥5,500 (tax included).
1-3 Can I make a long-term or recurring booking? (e.g., the same time slot every week)
Yes. Please contact us in advance to discuss the details.
1-4 Can I change my plan on the shooting day? (e.g., changing from a 4-hour to a 10-hour plan)
No, plan changes on the day are not permitted.
If you need more time, you may only extend your booking on an hourly basis.
1-5 Will the fee be reduced if I finish earlier than scheduled?
No. You will be charged for the full time slot you originally booked, regardless of an early departure.
1-6 How far in advance must I request cyclorama floor repainting?
We highly recommend requesting this at the time of your initial booking.
If you need to add it later, please notify us at least one day in advance.
*Same-day additions cannot be accommodated.
*Please note that availability also depends on the booking schedule before and after your slot.
1-7 Can I place a tentative booking on two separate time slots in a single day?
Generally, no. Tentative holds are accepted for one continuous time slot only.
For special cases, please contact us in advance to discuss.
1-8 Can I do a studio visit before booking?
Yes. The first 30 minutes are free.

For visits exceeding 30 minutes, an additional fee of ¥3,300 (tax included) per 30 minutes will apply.

If a confirmed booking overlaps with your requested time, we may ask you to reschedule your visit.

Studio visit is strictly for viewing and taking measurements. Use of studio equipment is not permitted.
1-9 Can I extend my booking time on the day?
Yes, but only if there are no subsequent bookings.
Please note that the total usage time cannot exceed 12 hours.
1-10 Can I book for two or more consecutive days, and leave my belongings in the studio overnight?
It's possible. If you wish to leave items overnight, please consult with us in advance.

An overnight storage fee of ¥5,500 per night applies.

Depending on the booking schedule, we may not be able to accommodate overnight storage requests.
1-11 How far in advance can I make a booking?
Bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance.
1-12 Can I book in 30-minute increments?
No, bookings and extensions are only available on an hourly basis.
2. Studio Usage.
2-1 What happens if our load-out exceeds the scheduled time?
Overtime charges will apply from the scheduled end time of your booking.
The fee is ¥4,400 (tax included) for every 30 minutes.
2-2 Is there a limit to the number of people allowed?
There is no strict limit, but please consult with us in advance if your group consists of 10 or more people.
All crew members and equipment must remain inside the studio.
Please refrain from waiting outside the premises.
2-3 Can we enter early to prepare?
You may enter the studio up to 5 minutes before your booked time.
Please avoid arriving too early or waiting outside the studio.
2-4 Can I bring my own speakers?
You are welcome to use the studio's speaker. Small Bluetooth speakers are also allowed.
Large speakers may be brought in as props only, but cannot be used to play audio.
2-5 Can I drive a vehicle inside the studio?
Yes. Please inform us of the vehicle type and size in advance.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all vehicles depending on the situation.
2-6 Is smoking allowed?
No. All forms of smoking, including e-cigarettes, are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
2-7 Can I dispose of trash at the studio?
Generally, we do not handle waste disposal.
However, a waste disposal service can be requested for ¥550 (tax included) per 45L bag.

Waste must be strictly sorted into the following categories: Combustibles / Non-combustibles / PET bottles / Cans / Glass bottles.

We do not accept oversized garbage, large art props, electrical appliances, or furniture.

The disposal fee will be settled on-site after the cleaning is completed. Same-day requests are accepted.
2-8 What happens to lost and found items?
As a general rule, the studio is not responsible for any lost or left-behind items.

If found by our staff, items will be kept for 1 week and then disposed of.

However, food or items deemed unsuitable for storage may be disposed of immediately.

If you believe you left something behind, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible.

Please note: For valuables such as wallets or smartphones, we may need to verify the contents and hand them over to the local police station.
2-9 Are load-in and load-out times included in the booking time?
Yes. Load-in, shooting, and load-out (including cleaning) must all be completed within your booked time.
2-10 Can I leave the studio temporarily during my booking?
Yes. Please ensure the studio is locked when you leave, and manage your valuables at your own risk.
2-11 Can the studio be used for meetings or events?
Yes, provided the activities do not violate our House Rules. Prior consultation is required.
2-12 Can we shoot in areas outside the studio?
Shooting outside the studio is done entirely at your own risk.
Please be considerate of the surrounding neighborhood and public spaces.
2-13 Is there a shower room?
No.
2-14 Is there a staff member on-site?
There will be no staff present inside the studio during your booked time. Our staff will arrive after your booking ends for inspection and cleaning.
In case of an emergency, please contact us by phone.
2-15 Can the rolling shutter be opened and closed at any time?
The shutter makes a loud noise when operating. Out of consideration for our neighbors, please refrain from opening or closing the shutter after 21:00.
3. Shooting Content.
3-1 Can we shoot motorcycles?
Yes. Please ensure proper floor and studio protection is applied beforehand.
3-2 Can we suspend people from the ceiling or pipes?
No. The pipes in the studio are strictly for setting up lighting equipment and cannot be used for suspending people. The weight limit is 12kg per pipe.
3-3 Can we use fake blood or paint?
Yes. Please notify us in advance and ensure thorough protection/masking is applied to prevent any stains.
3-4 Can we shoot with water?
As a general rule, any water use that may come into contact with studio equipment is prohibited. Depending on the content, using small water tanks may be permitted if sufficient protection is in place. Prior consultation is required.
3-5 Can we shoot with animals?
Yes. Please inform us of the type of animal in advance and ensure necessary protection is in place.
3-6 Can we eat and drink inside the studio?
Yes, but only outside the cyclorama area. If food or drinks are used as shooting props, please also apply necessary protection to avoid spills or stains.
3-7 Can we use candles or open flames?
No. Open flames are strictly prohibited everywhere inside the studio.
3-8 Can we use smoke effects?
Prior approval is required for the use of smoke machines.
If the fire alarm is triggered due to unauthorized use, you may be held liable for any resulting damages.
3-9 Can we apply tape to the walls or floor?
Yes, but please use low-tack, residue-free tape. Applying tape to the cyclorama curve is prohibited.
3-10 Can we shoot while wearing shoes?
Shoes are not permitted in the cyclorama area in general.
If shoes are required for shooting, they must be brand new or thoroughly cleaned. Please apply necessary protection (such as taping the soles).
If we find that street shoes were used, a cleaning/damage fee may be charged.
3-11 Is nude photography allowed?
No.
3-12 Is sync sound (audio recording) possible?
While the studio is located in a relatively quiet residential area, traffic noise from passing cars may occasionally be picked up. Please use your own judgment to determine if the environment is suitable for your audio recording needs.
3-13 Can we use drones inside the studio?
No.
3-14 Can we shoot dance scenes?
Yes. However, approval depends on the nature of the dance, so prior consultation is required.
Floor protection and shoe masking (taping the soles) are mandatory.
3-15 Can we play musical instruments?
Prior consultation is required.
Playing instruments at high volumes is prohibited out of consideration for our neighbors. However, bringing instruments as props or miming (playing without generating sound) is permitted.
If your shoot requires making some sound, please consult with us in advance.
4. Shooting Equipment.
4-1 Can we bring in additional equipment from external rental houses, or can you do it for us?
Yes, you can arrange and bring in your own additional equipment. Alternatively, we also offer a service to arrange equipment through our partner rental companies on your behalf. If you choose to use our service, prior consultation is required and a separate handling fee will apply.
4-2 Can we rent studio equipment to take off-site?
No. Renting out studio equipment for external use or taking any equipment outside the studio premises is strictly prohibited.
5. Others.
5-1 Can I send packages or equipment to the studio in advance?
No. We do not accept or hold deliveries on your behalf.
Please arrange for all deliveries to arrive during your booked time and receive them yourself.
5-2 Can I ship packages or equipment from the studio?
Yes, but you must arrange the courier pickup and handle the shipping process yourself, strictly within your booked time slot.
5-3 Are there any vehicles available for use at the studio?
No.
5-4 Are there security cameras in the studio?
Yes. For safety, security, and to monitor studio usage, security cameras are in operation inside the premises.
