5. Studio Usage on the Day.

Please handle all equipment, furniture, and studio facilities with care. After use, please perform a basic cleanup and restore the studio to its original condition before checking out.

Please be mindful of your volume out of consideration for our neighbors. Any behavior that causes a nuisance or leads to complaints is strictly prohibited.

Please be careful when eating or drinking. If you do not use our waste disposal service, you must take all your trash with you (the waste disposal service is available for an additional ¥550/45L bag).

The use of open flames, noise-generating activities, actions that risk damage, dust-generating work, adult content involving sexual acts, content violating public order and morals, and shoots infringing upon the rights of the studio or third parties are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

Please consult with us in advance if your shoot involves liquids, animals, plants, dancing, eating/drinking in the cyclorama area, or playing/generating sound with musical instruments. For any other activities not listed, please inquire beforehand.

All forms of smoking, including e-cigarettes, are strictly prohibited (the entire studio and shared building areas are non-smoking). If smoking is discovered, your session will be terminated immediately, and you will be asked to leave.

Extensions on the day are only possible if there are no prior or subsequent bookings. Please notify us in advance if you wish to extend. Unauthorized extensions will be charged at double the standard rate.

For safety, security, and usage monitoring, we may review security camera footage as necessary. 7. Equipment, Facilities & Cyclorama Area.

The condition of the equipment, fixtures, and facilities at the start of use takes precedence.

If equipment, fixtures, facilities, walls, floors, or the cyclorama are damaged or stained due to the user's intent or negligence, the user must bear the actual costs for repairs, restoration, or replacement rentals. Repairs will be carried out by contractors designated by the studio.

If the damage prevents the studio from operating, you will be liable for business compensation equivalent to the number of days closed. In the event of damage, you may be required to pay a temporary deposit of ¥550,000 for the cyclorama and ¥110,000 for equipment.

If the cyclorama area is significantly stained, we will arrange for emergency staff intervention. For superficial stains on the cyclorama floor that can be fixed with a single repainting, a flat fee of ¥22,000 will be charged for arrangement and repainting.

For stains requiring multiple coats, or damages such as holes, cracks, or dents, repair fees will be billed separately based on the condition.

The curved section (cove/R-curve) of the cyclorama is highly expensive to repair; please do not step on it or place heavy objects on it. If damaged, repair and restoration costs will be charged according to the condition.

8. Disclaimer.

The studio assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, theft, or loss occurring within the premises.

Please manage your brought-in equipment and valuables at your own risk.

We are not liable for any damages caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, transportation delays, communication failures, or equipment malfunctions.

If facilities, fixtures, or the cyclorama are damaged or stained due to the user's intent or negligence, you will be billed for repair and restoration costs.

9. Handling of Personal Information.

Personal information collected will be used strictly for processing bookings and inquiries.

Except as required by law, we will not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent.
